The North Dakota State College of Science’s Construction & Design Technology Department is once again excited to offer students who are interested in Architectural Drafting, Construction Estimating, Construction Management, Building Construction, Land Surveying and/ or Civil Engineering the opportunity to participate in a Job Shadow. NDSCS will coordinate the visit with companies, firms, and/or organizations in your local area.
Goals of the program are to help young people:
» Gain a better understanding of the job elements of their career choice.
» Determine if the career is compatible with their interests and abilities.
» Learn what type of education is needed to gain entry to this career.
» Make contact with a potential future employer in your local area.
